Official notice from BCWSA Utility Services about new billing system

We are excited to introduce a new billing system that will make electronic payments easier and enhance your customer service experience.

Beginning May 12, 2026, you will have access to the new system to make your payments through BCWSA’s website, just like you do now if you use the electronic payment feature.

Our current online bill pay portal will be accepting payments until April 30, 2026. No online payments will be processed between May 1 and May 11, 2026 as we transition to the new system. The new online bill pay portal will launch on May 12, 2026. Once the new portal goes live, customers must re-enroll according to how they pay their bill. For further information, please see below.

Payment Portal

Paying Your Bill

No matter how you pay your bill, please keep the following important instructions in mind:

Online Bill Pay

You will need to create a new account from the BCWSA Utility Services payment portal at click here. You’ll create a new login and use the account number that is on your new bill to access your billing information and set up your payment preference, e.g. enroll in autopay.

You will also have the option to make one-time payments without setting up an online account by accessing your bill with the account number and using a preferred method of payment.

Payment from Personal Bank Account

You will need to access your personal bank account and update your BCWSA Utility Services account payee information with the new account number and invoice number to pay. All other information will remain the same.

Pay by Phone

You will be able to make payments through our 24/7 Payments hotline at 215-764-3606. This is the same service that is currently available, and there will be no changes.

Pay By Check (Mail or Hand-Deliver)

There will be no change with this process. Include a check with your payment voucher and mail it or deliver it to our administrative office. Mail your payment and bill stub to this address:

Here is What to Know:

You will receive a newly formatted bill in your next billing cycle. There will be a new account number and customer number on your bill—please use this number for all future payments. The new account number is similar to the one used before, but it will no longer include the hyphen with the set of numbers at the end. Here is a sample so you can see what your new bill will look like.
